Single Door Shed with Two Windows and Pent Roof

The Inkberrow is a heavy duty, handmade single door shed with two windows and a pent roof, giving you a naturally bright interior without the full-width opening of a double door configuration. It suits situations where a single door entry is practical, but you still want generous natural light across the whole interior.

Two windows rather than one makes a real difference to how usable a shed is day to day. Where a single window can leave one side of the interior in shadow, two framed windows allow light to reach more of the space, making it easier to find tools, work at a bench or use the shed as a hobby or craft space. The PERSPEX clear cast acrylic glazing of the single door shed with two windows has outstanding clarity, a high gloss surface and is harder wearing than glass with virtually no colour bias, and it continues to transmit 85% of visible light even after a decade of outdoor exposure.

Construction and materials

The framework uses 70 x 50mm rounded planed CLS timber for a smooth, professional interior finish. The floor is 22 x 125mm matchboard (finished 19 x 120mm), the roof and door use 16 x 125mm matchboard (finished 12 x 120mm), and the shiplap cladding is 16 x 125mm (finished 12 x 120mm), all double nailed with stainless steel nails. All sheds are fitted with 24kg polyester charcoal felt.

The single door opens outwards and is available left or right hanging, fitted with traditional medium tee hinges, tamperproof screws, a brenton padbolt and turn buttons in a black finish. A 70mm long throw 6 pin barrel lock from the GATEMATE range can be added to your basket and fitted at no extra charge for your single door shed with two windows.

Sizing and installation

This single door shed with two windows is available in 22 sizes from 8 x 5ft up to 12 x 10ft, with sizes measured as gable end width followed by depth. For the same configuration with double doors, take a look at our Shipston. If one window suits better, see our Offenham. We stock a range of OSMO exterior timber treatment products to protect the cladding long term.

All timber is pressure treated and carries a 15 year guarantee against rot and decay. Complimentary installation is available to customers in B, CV, DY, GL, WR, WV and some HR postcodes. Priced from £1,128.00 to £3,216.00 depending on size, the Inkberrow single door shed with two windows can be ordered online or by visiting our Worcestershire yard.

What is the difference between the Inkberrow and the Shipston?
Both have a pent roof and two framed windows, but the Inkberrow has a single door shed with two windows while the Shipston has double doors. The Inkberrow is the better choice where single door entry is sufficient and access space is more limited.

Can I choose which side the door hangs on?
Yes, the single door is available in either left or right hanging, selected at the time of ordering.

Are bespoke sizes or enhancements available?
Yes, bespoke sizes, variations and enhancements can be discussed for the single door shed with two windows. Please contact us before ordering to talk through your specific requirements.

Warranty

All our timber is pressure treated and guaranteed against rot and decay (fungi) for 10 years. To extend the life of your shed further, we recommend treating it with an appropriate exterior preservative per manufacturer guidelines. As authorised OSMO stockists, we recommend their UV Protection Oil, Natural Oil wood stain or Country Colour satin finish range.

Important considerations

Your base must be firm, level and at least the size of the shed floor. We always recommend concrete or slabs. Our installation teams use vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and will need direct vehicle access to your property for several hours. If you're in a controlled parking zone, please arrange a permit in advance. There must be no overhead obstructions such as branches, cables or arches. Please advise us of any issues before production so changes can be made in time.

If the assembly team considers the site unsuitable on the day and you choose to proceed, you accept responsibility for the structural integrity of the building and indemnify Worcester Timber Products against any future issues. If the team must leave before completion for reasons beyond their control, no refunds are applicable and additional charges may be levied.
