FAQs:

Are you able to provide a quotation for an installation? We are able to provide supply only at this time. Due to unprecedented demand and to maintain high service levels, we have unfortunately had to temporarily pause accepting new enquiries for the foreseeable future.

I want to order, is it in stock?  Please select your required product/s on this website.  Before adding to cart the current available stock is shown along with the price.

A product states back order, what does this mean? Not currently held in stock, but we have an order on with a supplier.  We are able to accept back orders on some product ranges, however we are unable to confirm a date until the item has been received from the manufacturer or wholesaler.  We are working very closely with the suppliers but delays are occurring and backordered items timeline do vary.  As a rough guide, on average we anticipate between 2-4 weeks for decorative fence panels, home and garden products between 4-8 weeks, and concrete products are not expected until July.

How soon can I get a delivery? Please visit our delivery page for more information.  If your item is in stock, we aim to deliver between 7-14 working days dependent on postcode.  However, our standard delivery service is experiencing  some delays due to manufacturing and supply chain challenges, pushing this beyond our known service levels.  If your item is on back order, we will despatch your products as soon as stock has been received. We are fulfilling orders as promptly as possible; please do bear with us.

Can I arrange for a quicker delivery?  This may be possible through the use of specialist third party couriers at additional cost  However, if your item is on back order or is subject to manufacturing production, this may delay despatch.

Where is my delivery?  We have invested in new technology to aid communication and manage expectations.  As soon as your order has been scheduled for delivery you will receive an email detailing date and timeframe.  You will have access to a live tracking link with this information, with live ETA on the day.

Can you quote for a bespoke item?  Absolutely, however there is a backlog of customer service requests at this time.  Please do submit your detailed requirements, with images/sketches if at all possible. We will work on providing you a quotation as soon as possible. Manufacturing of items can vary, estimated between 2-4 weeks, with sheds between 4-8 weeks.  We are investing in new equipment and new team members to bring speed up quotations and production.
