I want to order, is it in stock?  Please select your required product/s on this website.  Before adding to cart the current available stock is shown along with the price (including VAT)

A product states back order, what does this mean? This means the product is not currently held in stock, but we are able to secure from the manufacturer.  We are able to accept back orders on some product ranges, however we are unable to confirm a date of delivery until the shipment has been received.  We are working very closely with the suppliers but delays are occurring and backordered items timeline do vary.  To learn more about supply issues, please click here to read our knowledge hub.

I am trade, can I set up a trade account? Yes.  Please click here to complete a short application form.  This will enable our commercial team to assess your trade status.  Applications can take approximately 2-5 days to review.  Upon approval you will be sent login details for your trade account. 

How soon can I get a delivery? Please visit our delivery page for more information.  However, If your item is on back order, we will despatch your products as soon as stock has been received. We are fulfilling orders as promptly as possible; please do bear with us.

Where is my delivery?  We have invested in new technology to aid communication and manage expectations.  As soon as your order has been scheduled for delivery you will receive an email detailing the date and two-hour time window.  This will also provide a live tracking link for accurate ETA on the day.
