Garden Shed with Windows and Double Doors
The Chaddesley is a heavy duty, handmade garden shed with windows and double doors, giving you a classic apex roof, excellent access and a naturally lit interior in one building. It's the go-to choice if you want the practicality of double doors and the light and visibility that glazing brings, without needing a separate potting or studio building.
The natural light from the two framed PERSPEX clear cast acrylic panes makes the interior far more usable for finding tools, organising storage and working in the space. The PERSPEX glazing has a high gloss surface, is harder wearing than glass and carries virtually no colour bias. Both windows are non-opening, so this shed suits storage and workshop use rather than growing or propagation.
Construction and materials
The 70 x 50mm rounded planed CLS framework gives a smooth, professional interior. The floor uses 22 x 125mm matchboard (finished 19 x 120mm), the roof and door use 16 x 125mm matchboard (finished 12 x 120mm), and the shiplap cladding is 16 x 125mm (finished 12 x 120mm), all double nailed with stainless steel nails. The roof is fitted with 24kg polyester charcoal felt, which significantly outlasts standard shed felt. The double door opens outwards and is fitted with traditional medium tee hinges, tamperproof screws, a brenton padbolt and tower bolts, all in a black finish. For extra security, a 70mm long throw 6 pin barrel lock from the GATEMATE range can be added to your basket and fitted at no extra charge.
Sizing, enhancements and installation
This garden shed with windows is available in a wide range of sizes from 7 x 6ft up to 10 x 19ft. Optional enhancements include an overhang, painting service and guttering or water butt. All timber is pressure treated and guaranteed against rot and decay for 10 years. We stock a range of OSMO timber treatment products to help protect and extend the life of the building.
A model is on display in our show garden. Complimentary installation is available to customers in B, CV, DY, GL, HR, WR, WS and WV postcodes. Priced from £1,280.40 to £5,040.00 depending on size and options, the Chaddesley can be ordered online or by visiting our Worcestershire yard.
What is the difference between the Chaddesley and the Bewdley?
Both have double doors and an apex roof, but the Chaddesley includes two framed PERSPEX windows as standard. The Bewdley does not include windows, so suits those who prefer a fully enclosed building.
Can I see the Chaddesley in person before I order?
Yes, a model is on display in our show garden at our Worcestershire yard, so you can see the quality and finish before committing.
Are the windows openable for ventilation?
No, the two windows on this shed are non-opening. If you need opening windows and airflow, take a look at our Holberrow potting garden shed with windows, the two of which are able to be opened.

Warranty
All our timber is pressure treated and guaranteed against rot and decay (fungi) for 10 years. To extend the life of your shed further, we recommend treating it with an appropriate exterior preservative per manufacturer guidelines. As authorised OSMO stockists, we recommend their UV Protection Oil, Natural Oil wood stain or Country Colour satin finish range.
Important considerations
Your base must be firm, level and at least the size of the shed floor. We always recommend concrete or slabs. Our installation teams use vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and will need direct vehicle access to your property for several hours. If you're in a controlled parking zone, please arrange a permit in advance. There must be no overhead obstructions such as branches, cables or arches. Please advise us of any issues before production so changes can be made in time.
If the assembly team considers the site unsuitable on the day and you choose to proceed, you accept responsibility for the structural integrity of the building and indemnify Worcester Timber Products against any future issues. If the team must leave before completion for reasons beyond their control, no refunds are applicable and additional charges may be levied.
