Single Door Pent Shed with PERSPEX Window

The Offenham is a heavy duty, handmade single door pent shed with one framed PERSPEX window, giving you a practical, well-lit building with a clean pent roof profile and straightforward single door access. It's suited to situations where you need natural light inside the shed but don't require the full width opening of a double door configuration.

The Bredon, a single door pent shed, is the better choice when your entrance space is more restricted, when you mainly carry items in by hand, and when you're prioritising a simpler, more secure build over maximum throughput. If you regularly move large equipment such as ride-on mowers or multiple items at once, a double door model may suit you better.

Construction and materials

The framework uses 70 x 50mm rounded planed CLS timber for a smooth, professional interior. The floor is 22 x 125mm matchboard (finished 19 x 120mm), the roof and door use 16 x 125mm matchboard (finished 12 x 120mm), and the shiplap cladding is 16 x 125mm (finished 12 x 120mm), all double nailed with stainless steel nails. All sheds are fitted with 24kg polyester charcoal felt, which significantly outlasts standard shed felt.

The single door opens outwards and is fitted with traditional medium tee hinges, tamperproof screws, a brenton padbolt and turn buttons in a black finish. A 70mm long throw 6 pin barrel lock from the GATEMATE range can be added to your basket and fitted at no extra charge.

Sizing and installation

This single door pent shed is available in 13 sizes from 8 x 4ft up to 14 x 10ft, with gable end width followed by depth. For the same shed without a window, take a look at our Martley. All timber is pressure treated and carries a 15 year guarantee against rot and decay. Complimentary installation is available to customers in B, CV, DY, GL, WR, WV and some HR postcodes. What is the difference between the Offenham and the Bredon?
The Offenham has a single door and one window, while the Bredon has double doors and one window. The Offenham is the better choice where access is narrower or single door entry is sufficient.

What is the difference between the Offenham and the Martley?
The Martley is the same single door pent configuration but without a window, making it the more secure option. The Offenham adds natural light through the PERSPEX window while keeping the same single door design.

Can the PERSPEX window be made openable for ventilation?
The window that comes standard is a framed PERSPEX pane, but can optionally be made openable. an additional window may also be added optionally.

Warranty

All our timber is pressure treated and guaranteed against rot and decay (fungi) for 10 years. To extend the life of your shed further, we recommend treating it with an appropriate exterior preservative per manufacturer guidelines. As authorised OSMO stockists, we recommend their UV Protection Oil, Natural Oil wood stain or Country Colour satin finish range.

Important considerations

Your base must be firm, level and at least the size of the shed floor. We always recommend concrete or slabs. Our installation teams use vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and will need direct vehicle access to your property for several hours. If you're in a controlled parking zone, please arrange a permit in advance. There must be no overhead obstructions such as branches, cables or arches. Please advise us of any issues before production so changes can be made in time.

If the assembly team considers the site unsuitable on the day and you choose to proceed, you accept responsibility for the structural integrity of the building and indemnify Worcester Timber Products against any future issues. If the team must leave before completion for reasons beyond their control, no refunds are applicable and additional charges may be levied.
