Delivery
CURRENT ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES [IN STOCK ORDERS ONLY]
Zone 1 & 2 (WR, DY, B, WV, WS, GL, some HR) postcodes: approximately 3 – 7 working days
Zone 3 – 5 : approximately 5 – 10 working days
Based in Worcestershire, our standard delivery service covers a large area of England and Wales. Using our own vehicles we ensure a dedicated customer service continues throughout the lifespan of your order. Delivery charges are based on postcode zones, map shown below. It is possible to arrange delivery outside of these zones using specialist third party transport providers.
Our aim is to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, with standard delivery time generally within a maximum of 7-10 working days; however, we will endeavour to arrange your delivery sooner, if at all possible. The timescales given are dependent on manufacturing production schedules, supply chain and whether your item is in stock and/or on backorder. At times of seasonal or unprecedented demand, delivery can extend beyond this. Orders with bespoke elements may experience additional production time. This will be discussed during your consultation.
Upon processing receipt of your order, and to keep delivery costs and environmental impacts to a minimum, our logistics team collate all orders daily, and produce an optimised scheduling plan. All orders will receive a separate email from our logistics system detailing a date and time. Any approximate delivery times provided should be used as a guide, and cannot be guaranteed due to situations that may also occur out of our control, such as traffic and incidents, vehicle defects, weather and weight distribution on the vehicle. Please note, concrete products, including post mix is not available to all delivery zones and may incur a supplementary charge. Please contact customer services for any clarification.
Standard delivery service
- 3.5tonne flatbed crafter
- A single driver, non-pallet service
- Kerbside or driveway delivery
- Delivery time is dependent on your location, order levels and stock availability
Please note, our drivers are only insured to drop off products to a kerb side or driveway and will generally not carry items into or onto your property. Drivers are not permitted to carry items to the rear of your property, through side access areas, or through garages. Heavy materials (any item over 25kgs) will require you to ensure an able-bodied person be present to help the driver off load. If this is not possible, we can arrange for two people to undertake this delivery, however, please note surcharges may apply.
It is not compulsory for you to be present during delivery; however, we may require written authorisation for deliveries in your absence. Deliveries made in your absence will be left in a safe and secure place wherever possible. The driver may take a photo as proof of evidence. If deliveries are arranged in your absence, the liability for the safety and security of products will be solely at your own risk.

FAQs
How much does delivery cost? Cost is calculated at the checkout via your postcode. Any area outside of our normal delivery zones may be possible subject to third party carrier costs. Please call our customer service team to discuss your requirements.
Do you deliver on Saturdays? At this time, Saturday service is suspended. However, during periods of high demand and to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we may schedule deliveries on a Saturday.
How soon will my order be delivered? Once your order has been it will be passed to our logistics team for planning. If you need your order delivered before a certain date, please feel free to contact us before ordering to see if this is possible, but no guarantees can be made to the complexity of route planning and vehicle weight. We aim to deliver as soon as possible, but can be up to 7-10 working days from the order being placed. Please note delivery times may be extended during weeks that contain Bank holidays, seasonal demand, or during the August and Christmas period when manufacturing supply chains close.
A product states back order, what does this mean? Back order basically means we do not currently have the stock available, but we have an order on with a supplier or require to place an order with the supplier. It can also mean the item is subject to manufacture. We are able to accept back orders on some product ranges, however we are unable to confirm a date until the item has been received from the manufacturer or wholesaler. We are working very closely with the suppliers but delays are occurring and backordered items timeline do vary. Estimated timelines are shown on each product page.
Can I arrange for a quicker delivery? This may be possible through the use of specialist third party couriers at additional cost However, if your item is on back order or is subject to manufacturing production, this will delay despatch.
Where is my delivery? We have invested in new technology to aid communication and manage expectations. As soon as your order has been scheduled for delivery you will receive an email detailing date and timeframe. You will have access to a live tracking link with this information, with live ETA on the day.
How is delivery made? Delivery is made using our own 3.5 tonne kerbside delivery, which means that we will leave your goods as close to the front of your property without them being on the pavement or road, for example a front lawn, driveway, or side passage. We are unable to deliver to back gardens or inside homes.
When is delivery available? We aim deliver between 08:00 & 17:00 on weekdays, but many factors can change this. We currently do not deliver as standard on Weekends or Bank Holidays, however during periods of high demand and to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we may schedule deliveries on a Saturday to reduce waiting time.
Can orders be collected? Any order can be collected from our facility. Please see the collection information on this page. Please select collection at the checkout. You will be contacted and given a collection date/time.
Do I need to be there to receive a delivery? It is always best if someone is there to accept the order, although we completely understand our delivery schedule may not always be suitable. We will however be able, at your own risk, to deliver items to your property without the need to be there in person.
Will the driver assist me? Our drivers will assist customers with safe and reasonable requests to offload materials at the point of delivery. However the recipient of the delivery is responsible for additional lifting once the delivery has been made, and for heavy and bulky items we would require additional support from the customer to complete the delivery if social distancing rules can be applied safely. The driver has the final decision on what is safe and reasonable and if he/she decides it is unsafe or unreasonable our delivery will revert to kerbside only.
