Every Luxury Garden Studio is designed with a clear focus on sustainability. Energy efficient lighting, extra thick insulation, FSC approved timber and no harmful plasterboard or concrete foundations result in a truly eco-responsible structure.

Rigid steel framework: At the heart of every building is a rigid steel framework. This allows for the unit to be easily moved and installed into your garden. Unlike timber frame structures, these buildings will not warp or twist, preventing any additional maintenance.  Simply put, these are strongest garden offices manufactured on the market.

Premium cladding: We offer a wide verity of timber and finish options to suit your exact needs and to compliment the setting of your new building. In order to maintain the timbers natural tones, we treat all sections in UV protective Osmo® oil to prevent the timber from ‘graying’ over time. All of the timber and cladding used by is responsibly sourced and fully FSC approved.

Raised seam steel roof: All buildings use raised seam steel roofing which is colour matched to the aluminium doors and windows. The roofing is incredibly durable and comes with a 25 year manufacturers warranty. Aluminium guttering and downpipes are also included in the price and are fitted onsite during the installation.

Heating & insulation: Each studio features a panoramic remote controlled inset electric fire. This heating system is ideal for our garden studios as they can maintain and regulate a constant temperature throughout the year with the use of an in-built thermostat and the high grade insulation fitted into the floors, walls and ceiling. This ensures that you are kept lovely and warm even on those crisp winter mornings.

Sockets & switches: The team strive for quality. Every socket and switch is metal with no visible screws and finished in black nickel. Internet points, 4K HDMI, lighting and power are already connected with all cabling and fixings hidden from view. All electrics have been certified by an electrician on completion of the build. If required we can assist in arranging for the studio to be connected to your main supply on the date of installation.

Durable flooring: Depending on your garden studio’s use we offer a wide array of options for a durable floor that suits your needs. Typically we recommend a hard wearing engineered oak floor for office and living spaces. This has been oiled and sealed to prevent any damage occurring to its natural finish which, when next to the crisp white floating wall panels, looks superb.
