As a family business, we pride ourselves on providing dedicated customer service. Almost all deliveries are made using our own fleet of vehicles and drivers, giving us more control, and providing a high service level you deserve. As most of our products are large, bulky and heavy, it is rare that we are able to use third party couriers and our delivery service is dedicated to certain zones only. If your postcode is not listed, we may be able to offer delivery subject to a minimum order value.
Deliveries are subject to a minimum order of £40.00. Surcharges will apply for order below this threshold.
Our aim is to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. Our delivery services vary depending on product availability, manufacturing process, and seasonal demand. The average delivery time is provided upon checkout process; however, we will endeavour to arrange deliveries sooner if at all possible. The timescales given reflect the current delivery target period offered and are subject to change without notice.
We will allocate a day for delivery approximately three (3) days prior, but unfortunately, we cannot specify a time. Any approximate delivery times given are only as a guide and cannot be guaranteed; they may have to be altered by the driver depending upon the route he has to take, traffic and road traffic incidents, and the weight distribution on the vehicle.
Customers are very welcome to collect orders from our manufacturing facility at Unit 6, Beech Drive, Hartlebury Trading Estate, Hartlebury, Kidderminster, DY10 4JB.
Please contact our customer services team to agree a suitable collection date and time, as not all items are available for immediate collection due to stock holding and made to order.

Are you open during the current lockdown?
Yes. As a manufacturer we have permission to operate, however we have implemented further enhanced protocols to protect all those who work or visit our premises. Please place your order online or over the phone. Contactless deliveries are continuing. Collections are possible but please do not visit our premises without confirmation of a collection time from our Customer Services team. Please note: our Trade Counter is closed to all face to face sales at this time.
How much does delivery cost?
Cost is calculated at the checkout via your postcode. Any area outside of our normal delivery zones may be possible, please call our customer service team to discuss your requirements.
How soon will my order be delivered?
Once your order has been placed you will be contacted by our customer service team to arrange a delivery date. If you need your order delivered before a certain date, please feel free to contact us before ordering to see if this can be arranged. We aim to deliver within 3 - 7 working days of the order being placed. Please note delivery times may be extended during weeks that contain Bank holidays, seasonal demand, or during the August and Christmas period when manufacturing supply chains close.
How is delivery made?
Delivery is kerbside, which means that we will leave your goods as close to the front of your property without them being on the pavement or road, for example a front lawn or driveway. We do not deliver to back gardens or inside homes.
When is delivery available?
We aim deliver between 08:00 & 17:00 on weekdays, but many factors can change this. We currently do not deliver on Weekends or Bank Holidays.
Can orders be collected?
Any order can be collected from our facility. Please see the collection information on this page. Please select collection at the checkout. You will be contacted and given a collection date.
Do you need to be there to receive delivery?
It is always best if someone is there to accept the order, although we completely understand our delivery schedule may not always be suitable. We will however be able, at your own risk, to deliver items to your property without the need to be there in person.
How will delivery be arranged?
Following receipt of your order our sales team will contact you within three days of delivery day If we are unable to contact you or leave a message we will email you with the telephone number of our Customer Services team to contact us to arrange the delivery.
Will the driver assist me?
During COVID, this is very limited. Our drivers will assist customers with safe and reasonable requests to offload materials at the point of delivery. The recipient of the delivery is responsible for additional lifting once the delivery has been made, and for heavy and bulky items we would require additional support from the customer to complete the delivery if social distancing rules can be applied safely. The driver has the final decision on what is safe and reasonable and if he decides it is unsafe or unreasonable our delivery will revert to kerbside only.
