Delivery & Collection

Customers are very welcome to collect orders from our workshop - please just let us know when you would like to do so, so we can have everything ready for you.

We will be happy to deliver all orders with a minimum value of £40. Please see the image below to determine which zone your postcode falls under; zone charges are per delivery and not per item. Zone charges will be applied at the point of checkout and are determined by postcode.

If your postcode is not listed we may still be able to offer delivery to your area, please contact us for a quote.

COVID update 

Are you still open and can I order?

Absolutely. We are open and taking orders, and delivering with some normality, albeit some delays are occurring due to unprecedented demand on our business.

Are your customer services contactable?

Yes. Our office is open as normal, with some delays due increased demand on our business.

How long will my delivery take?

Deliveries are continuing, but are experiencing some delays due to unprecedented demand and adherence to government guidelines. Products that are bespoke, made to order, or held eternally, may take a little longer. Rest assured; although we are unable to clearly commit delivery windows at this time, we will deliver at the earliest opportunity. 

How are deliveries made?

Our delivery teams are operating on a contactless basis, and will not require signature upon delivery. We will also deliver to a nominated ‘safe place’. Please advise in your order notes.

Can I ‘click and collect’? 

Absolutely. If you wish to collect materials, please place your order online or over the phone.  One of our team will contact you as soon as your order is ready. Whilst onsite please listen to any direction given by our staff to ensure your and their safety, as well adherence to published social distancing guidelines.  This includes loading your vehicle. You may be asked to remain in your vehicle during loading or you may need to load your own goods. Please avoid bringing children with you to site, if you must, please do not allow them to leave your vehicle

I am self isolating, will you still deliver?

We are sorry to hear your are self isolating, but we will absolutely deliver to you through our contactless delivery procedure.  

Can I change the day or address of my delivery?

In most cases yes. However please contact us as soon as possible to make changes to your order.  Unfortunately, if you have already received a dispatch notification, we are not always able to make changes at such late stage.
